Suppose you were preparing for an interview with a Fortune 500 company for the position of Management Development Specialist. The organization has sent you the following questions in advance that will be used throughout the interview process.In a 2-3 page (double spaced) paper, please address the following questions;

1.State why it is important to attempt to define/describe the manager’s job in our organization as part of the needs assessment process for the management development program.

2.Using the ideas expressed by theorists such as Mintzberg (the “well-rounded model”) and Vaill, describe two implications for our management development program.

3.Identify and describe one action we can take to ensure our management development program will be strategic. Support your choice.
